Big Mountain Apartments

I can't say enough good things about my experience renting an apartment here. From the moment I moved in, Wanda (property manager) was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and heard, always just a quick message away whenever I have a question or concern. The property itself is good and in a great location. "I highly recommend renting here, not only will you find a good and affordable place to live, but also a helpful property manager."

Big Mountain Apartments is a nice little community surrounded by the comforts of Whitefish. It's close to all of the amenities that you need, and the property is well kept. The management is professional and helpful. Wanda is responsive when I call her about a need and does her best to resolve any issue in a timely manner. I enjoyed living at Big Mountain so much that I encouraged my son to move into the community, and he is loving his apartment there as well. If you are looking for an affordable apartment in a nice community, Big Mountain is definitely worth a look. I'd absolutely recommend Wanda and this property.

This property has been cleaned up and taken care of by Wanda 100 percent better than 8 years ago when my sister lived here. Wanda helps out with anything she can, and took care of whatever maintance was needed. All the tenants living here are kind, and responsible folks. Thanks Wanda for everything you have done here and did for my family

Lived here for several years. Had absolutely no problems up until all pro property management owned the apartment complex. Wanda is a horrible manager. She harassed me frequently and almost two years later has made it almost impossible for me to find a home for me and my children. I loved big mountain Apartments but I would never recommend applying there because if you’re not what Wanda view’s as a upper class person she’ll treat you like dirt.

This place doesn’t care about their tenants, rent is overpriced they never fix their laundry machines and allow tenants clothes to be damaged and ruined with no compensation. My neighbors were amazing but the landlord Wanda was very good at acting like a kind lady but then when she gets your money that mask comes off. Love the apartments, manger needs to go.
