Searched for an inspector for a home we were purchasing. Came across Andrew Nation & noticed his all 5star reviews. Read them & called him. It was a Saturday & he answered the phone. He was super polite & knowledgeable. We were able to set up an inspection of the home on Monday. Met him at the property & he went right to work. Spent over two hours going through the interior & exterior of the home. He was thorough & answered our questions about wells & septic systems as this was new to us. I would HIGHLY recommend Andrew for your next home purchase! Report came less than 8 hours later with a ton of pictures. Thank you Andrew!!! We now feel great about our new home!
