Bienville Tower Apartments

So boom, my time at the place wasn’t terrible, but what happened after is quite upsetting. I had to leave a month early so I signed an intent to vacate form in July 2025. I gave them ALL their money. Why I received a mail stating that I owe them a whole month’s rent. And I’m like, that’s not possible because I paid for July and I submitted another whole month’s rent for breaking the lease. They apparently “lost” my paper work and CHANGED MY INTENT TO VACATE DATE IN THEIR SYSTEM!!! So, thank goodness that I took a picture of my intent to vacate form because otherwise, it would’ve been my word against theirs. All I have to say is be careful, document EVERYTHING! If you’re paying with money orders, keep them those stubs for your documents!!

DONT EVER MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT NOTHING. THEY DONT FIX NOTHING I COMPLAINED ABOUT HAVING RATZ...YES RATS IN MY APARTMENT FOR MONTHS. THEY REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. IM A CANCER PATIENT I KEEP MY HOUSE CLEAN AND RATS RUNNING AROUND EVERYDAY. EATING MY FOOD MAKING ME AND MY ESA sick. I had my water heater bust at least 4 times while i was there. THE MANAGER ONLY CAME TO MY APARTMENT AFTER I TOLD THEM I WAS MOVING OUT....WHEN I MOVED IN THEY MIXED UP MY ELECTRICITY WITH SOMEONE ELSES AND I ENDED UP WITH NO ELECTRICTY FOR THREE DAYS IN THE DEAD OF WINTER. THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS A SCAM

Stayed at Bienville for 2.5 years and had a great experience. Maintenance requests were always handled, pest control was available once a week, and some amenities on the property. I had a two bedroom, one bath and rent was really cheap for the area. Only thing to consider is your daily schedule - property is located next to a school and traffic becomes comes to a standstill around 8am and 3pm making it difficult to enter/leave the property.

I have been here for two years the first few months of live here went with out hot water for a month. Next month had water that wasn't usable not even for dishes water heater was super old it took them a whole month to change it even after water heater was change they didn't connect the pipes back to it correctly causing the apartment to flood now the power shuts off and on sometimes more than 6 six times in an hour and the crazy parts is they still want you pay damn near 3000 to broke lease and move even though these apartments have so many problems and safety concerns

The worst I ever experienced. My personal belongings got damaged. It took someone 2 weeks before someone did the roof and nobody has even done the ceiling which they claimed would get done the same day. Moldy Mildew Insulation coming from the ceiling is a very serious health issue. My personal opinion i would not even move here. This complex has changed alot over the years. At first they was pretty on point getting things done, now they take they precious time & don't communicate with you. I been living here for at least 10 years. They increase rent every year but don't fix or do anything in the apartments whatsoever, but anyone moving in to be careful choosing Bienville Towers as a somewhere to stay.
