Extremely Concerning Application Process!!! I was informed via text & email that I was approved for a unit pending "employment verification". Because I own my own business & am therefor self employed, I asked follow-up questions about the internal employment verification process. Instead of clearly stating the employment verification options, Ms. Allie ignored this and other questions and started asking for additional documents, like tax returns and multiple months of bank statements. I requested a copy of the lease for my lawyer to review and the agent’s or the company's current real estate license number. I never received either. I've spent all summer without an AC unit and was blatantly ignored then was also met with hostility and told by Tommy H that according to Ohio law they dont have to fix it. It's possibly being fixed this Wednesday after 4 months. Water damage happened in my kitchen ceiling 2 days ago, they wouldn't send anyone out to properly drain and dry it, I have to wait for a plumbing company to pick it up even though it's classified as an emergency. Awful place to rent from. 0/10 do not recommend.

if I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely terrible company. Never checks on the property, ignores maintenance requests, openly hostile to you if you need anything whatsoever. One time my gas got shut off because they ignored a request from duke energy to perform an inspection and when I called them about it they immediately tried to tell me it was because I hadn't paid the bill (it wasn't- the entire building was shut off). But absolutely right on time to post an eviction notice on your door if your rent is a minute late. Do not do business with these people.

The worst company ive ever delt, with for renting. I cant even begin to describe the amount of serious health code violations, to not corresponding in a appropriate time fashion. I have a young child and our home they rented us is beyond not comfortable to live in, from the water only having hot for baths, a broken leaky toilet, to the electrical wiring in here half my home is without power. Only my kitchen area and back entrance room has power. The home doesnt have centeal air just 1 ac box which is in the living room window and has no power due to this randomly outage we have experienced for almost 2 weeks.. We cannot even stay in the home even though I pay rent because it's too hot. There is a leak from my roof in my sons bedroom closet thats been molding and leaking everytime it rai

I have been reading the reviews and I have not had any negative or bad experiences with these ladies. Allie and Chelsey were both super helpful and understanding. They all worked with me on my move in and made the process easy. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you again ladies. You all were and are amazing!!!
