So my experience with them was not good at all from the time I called them there was no clarity in nothing when I called most of the time they didn’t answer. They just slapped a contract on me. I’m new to all of this and I feel like if people are handling your money they should make you feel comfortable. Explain things to you. Because I’m new I didn’t ask the right questions at first. We had a conversation about the rent and I didn’t ask a certain question but when it came back up later I asked why didn’t they tell me that part they responded by saying they aren’t my teacher nor advisor. And that they didn’t have to tell me nothing that wasn’t asked to them. However if it’s something I needed to know as a new client & homeowner then your should’ve said something. I don’t think I have ever run into a realty office that would question someone about asking “how much would they pay?” I am pretty sure it is also none of your business why I wouldn’t pay $1,650 per month for a duplex. To even get hostile with a potential client is completely discouraging. I hope no one else runs into this problem with this company! So sad!
