Bexley at WestRidge

Update: Officially moved in and it couldn’t have gone more seamlessly! Maddie was very welcoming and friendly the day I got my keys! You never know what to expect when you first walk into your new apartment for the first time. Upon entering, i was shocked at the great condition and the cleaning. Of course I did my own cleaning, but it was so nice to have the apartment pretty much clean and not be super stressed about it. Very appreciative for that. I have nothing but positive things to say about Bexley at Westridge! We have lived here 5, going on 6 years. From the cleanliness, amenities offered, and the MOST important key factor to a VERY GOOD apartment is how quick, understanding, and responsive the front office (Kylie, Melissa, and Brandon) and maintenance team is!! Five stars all around!!

I’ve been living here for more than 5 months and I haven’t had any problems. The apartment was spotless when I moved in. Also all the appliances were working perfectly.The first month of living here my washer stopped working. After letting the office know they replaced it with a new one within 2 days. The office has always been nice to me every time I go in to check in with them. At night the neighborhood is pretty quiet and the neighbors are respectful to one another. The most that I’ve had to watch out for is the kids playing in the street.

Please don’t come to this apartment for short term they ripe you off! They go by contract that you need to give 90 or 60 days notice through you signed a short term lease or contract with them. Corporate should have courtesy to call the tenant and ask whether they want to extend or not ! If tenant signed a lease only for few months (less than 12 months) means it’s short term and they will reach out if they want to continue , why can’t Bexley change the rule and help tenant , not ripping off 60 days or 30 days of extra rent ?

Bexley does not allow ESA animals in all the common areas, specifically the pool. They gave me a lease violation. Stating I knew the rules , VERY DEFAMATORY, AND CONDESCENDING, specially when you gave them a document stating other wise. I wish they would stay using that phrase especially when they gave me their own forms approved by legal and my physician. They do not have comprehensive knowledge of tenants laws and disability rights. Then they wrote me up for having an attitude about it even though I was not loud nor vulgar. They lose documentation, a lot of residents got fines for proof insurance that was currently held. They should have a better process to taking forms, reading forms, updating handbooks.
