Bexar County Storage Facility

Very predatory practices. No access to a live person via telephone. No listed hours of operation to pick your vehicle up. I can only assume this is done on purpose to prolong the amount of days your vehicle sits because they charge an extra fee of $22.85x2 (roughly$ 45.7) per day that your vehicle is on their lot. My husband and I are from out of town, he’s here on military orders and I came to visit for Thanksgiving, we parked after hours in an empty business lot to pick up a to go order for food to bring back on base. We were gone for 20 minutes and within that time so was our car. We spent the next 30 trying to figure out if our car was stolen only to realize it had been towed away. We took a gamble and ubered at 9:30 PM to a sketchy area praying they were open after having no luck find

1. Towing Charge: I was charged for 2 hours of heavy-duty towing at $350/hour. The drive from the pickup location to the storage facility is about 30 minutes, so I understand there may be some time required for hooking up, but I don’t understand where the full 2 hours of labor came from. 2. Storage Charge: According to the documents you provided, my trailer was picked up at 11:30 PM and I retrieved it at 12:00 PM the next day. However, I was charged for 2 full days of storage — could you clarify why? 3. Trailer Damage: The trailer’s front leg and lifting mechanism are now completely bent and broken, making it impossible to lift and hook up to my truck. This damage occurred during the tow/storage process. 4. Additional Costs: I was informed that I need to hire a heavy-duty hauler to remove

Awful company and towing partners. Workers at facility are depressing and sad to work with. Unhelpful at best, rude and obnoxious as worst. Bexar towing driver cussed me out while on duty and threatened me. Their reporting system didn’t do anything (email) and you can’t report them anywhere else, imagine that. BBB rating of F- They will pretend they have nothing to do with the tow companies they contract but that’s a lie. A reminder to anyone picking up, inspect your vehicle BEFORE signing paperwork. In the paperwork they try to get you to waive all rights to sue them, another legally dubious plot. They’ve been dragged to court before and this won’t be the last. For apartments or businesses looking to contract with them, look elsewhere.

These people are printing money over here they towed our truck for no reason we had 10 minutes left on our timer. When we called they said we were double parked. The parking lot was 10% full. On the receipt on the toll stated that we were unpaid on time . They deserve zero stars .

Didn’t use their services but they are contracted at the community I live in. Tried to tow my U-Haul as I was unloading my things into my apartment. Caused damage to the vehicle and I had to take time to file a police report so I wasn’t at fault. I was made aware this company isn’t even supposed to be roaming my community’s parking lots and ONLY for vehicles parked in reserved parking spots. Luckily a neighbor told them to release the vehicle, and they didn’t even stick around for insurance purposes.
