Roach infested Three of my cars got broken into in the parking lot no one could check the cameras (yes my doors were LOCKED) Bad communication Homeless people sleep, pee, and smoke in the laundry room - they say they close it now at 9:00pm to prevent this (previously it was 24hours) and mess but i still see it happen if anything the problem has worsened. The washing machine and dryer steal your money and management does nothing about giving you your money back If dryer or washer is broken they never fix it. last time a washer was broken it took 7 MONTHS and 16 days for them to fix even with serval complaints A/C always broken water is always being shut off. There is no 24/7 maintenance help. completely unreachable and if you leave a voicemail no one ever gets back to you Safety hazards one
