Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers

I really don't know of an agent or broker that were or good be any better than Pat & Sylvia. I have never had an agent come to the home and help us pack, not just one day, but several. Plus she helped by loading her car, several times, and dropping off boxes and bags of useable items to Goodwill. Thus far, they have made this experience the easiest one I have ever had with selling a home. I can never thank them enough for all their kindness and assistance during the two weeks we had to empty my home. I am hopeful that with Pat's "magic wand" this house will sell quickly. Completely dissatisfied! BE CAUTIOUS people. Hate to post a bad review for this company because of the awful representation and image this agent is giving them. Because I still have some respect I will not post this person's name. While I was under contract to rent a property this woman was very nice. Thank God for saving me, and I was able to purchase my own own home before moving in to the rental property. As soon as I canceled the lease the agent showed her true colors. I requested my deposit for the rental and she would always give me the run around. She obviously gave me fraudulent info just to have me sign the lease because she was very upset when I did not go through with renting the property. I asked every question possible about the lease, and I had HER (agent) go over every clau

The absolute worst experience. The agent got us involved in a lawsuit and it held the sale of my house for a year. The agents lack knowledge and don't care once you're lock into contract. Please do your self a favor and seek a professional realtor. Have not heard from my agent in months!

My agent Maggie Owens goes above and beyond for me and my family to close our first home ,she exercises her patience and professionalism with my family at all times ,I would recommend her anytime .
