I had a terrible experience with Alyssa Davoli’s tenant placement service. She placed one of the worst tenants imaginable in my rental property. It was clear that she did not conduct a thorough background check or proper screening. The tenant ended up causing serious problems and turned out to be incredibly difficult to deal with. I expected a professional and responsible process, but this was far from it. I would not recommend her services based on my experience.

We had a very disappointing experience working with this office, specifically with Michael Filiberto and his supervisor Jenny Albaz. It was supposed to be move in ready and turns out nothing was done. They pushed the house back over and over again, and every time we would go look at it, there was another issue. From 7/24 to 2/25 it has been insanely difficult trying, to buy this one house and my child dealing with Stella's thoughtless opinions of, telling my child what kind of mother am I because I had know money to help my daughter out....Seriously!!!!
