Bethlehem Fields Apartments & Townhomes

Had an extremely positive experience and a great time at Bethlehem Fields. The leasing office is always responsive either via email or call. The maintenance crew is fabulous (both during and after hours) and have resolved issues well past midnight. Additionally, with all the snow we've gotten - the cleanup was meticulous and timely every time. Overall a very nice neighborhood! Had to move out since I was relocating, but I absolutely had a wonderful time and grateful to Ali and the entire team for their support!

I can’t say enough great things about Boyd Wilson and Bethlehem Fields! The property itself is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. You can really tell they take pride in keeping everything in top shape. The Boyd Wilson team has been incredibly personable, accommodating, and genuinely caring. They go out of their way to make sure you feel heard, valued, and supported. The maintenance team is also fantastic—always quick to respond, efficient with any fixes, and incredibly friendly and respectful every time they stop by. Boyd Wilson Bethlehem Fields truly sets the standard for excellent property management. I lived here for over six years and fully enjoyed my time at Bethlehem Fields throughout this time period. The folks who run the leasing office were always kind, friendly, and great to work with. Maintenance was always extremely quick (usually responded within the same day) to thoroughly address the minor issues that popped up from time to time. Additionally, the proximity to Bethlehem and walkability to Hellertown makes the location of this community really fantastic as compared to other options in the area.

Bethlehem Fields is a wonderful community. At the same time, it is quiet and close (with easy access) to major highways and the Main Street of Bethlehem, where you can find really good restaurants and shops. The apartments are beautiful and well-kept, and the staff is great; they received us warmly, especially Kim who showed us around. It's really a great place to live in.

My daughter and I moved here several months ago and couldn’t be happier!! We love it here! The people (whether it’s neighbors, staff, maintenance) are extremely friendly. The maintenance crew are always happy to help, extremely friendly and they are always smiling! The grounds are always kept nice too!
