Bethany Apartments

Management is awful. They do not fix anything right until you call 5 times. When anything happens in the building even noise their answer is call the police. They have closed sections of the property and also do not want kids playing anywhere. It is not family friendly anymore . There are no amenities like it says on the website. The common room is closed . The one treadmill has been broken for a year. The washers do not Clean the clothes. I would definitely not recommend living here . Prob best for elderly we have had mice for a year now and nothing done about it. They call the exterminator and still mice. They only do a few apartments so the mice just move and come back .it's disgusting.

Worst place to live! People in the building steal your packages and they steal your children's toys if left anywhere on the grounds of this property!! The management do not do anything when complaints are filed it only goes so far!!! The washers are grose and to small and not enough to cover for the amount of residents! I've had the worse experience living here. There is nothing for kids to do this place is best for all older people 55+!!! If i was you I'd go find elsewhere to live

Horrible, if you’re not white or on section 8 don’t even think about it! They will lie, and discriminate you! Management is whole heartedly trash, only care about money.

Very poor management who take advantage of the tenants.
