If I could give Beth 6 stars, I would. She was the listing agent for my parents' home sale. When they told her they were ready to put the house on the market, Beth was ready to hit the ground running with her thorough knowledge of the market and the entire home sale process. She graciously included my parents and their adult children in the process, making sure we all understood everything and listening to our input. She gave excellent advice on what was needed to prepare the home for market. Beth wrote a listing that featured the custom elements of the home beautifully. The first offer, for asking price, was received the day the home went on the market. Beth is a skilled negotiator and helped to ensure everything went smoothly until closing day.
