Aleta is a completely incompetent closing officer. If you are assigned to her ask to be switched. We were forced to use this service for escrow after a buyer selected them. Aleta didn’t do anything in a timely manner. We were an out of state closing and she never proactively asked how we as sellers wanted to receive the funds and when confronted by the lack of communication and attention to detail she had a major attitude. I asked her to call me back after she received clarity on a fee not previously mentioned and she told me that she had 14 other closings that day and that she had already wasted 20 minutes of her time and would not be calling me back. A very rude individual. Elizabeth who handled funding was the only positive. If it was solely based on Aleta it would be 1 star and negativ

Would not recommend working with Aleta Moore. She’s extremely rude for no reason. She’s not helpful and she was hard to work with (mainly because everything causes a negative / rude response). Also, her phone background sounds like she’s talking through a tunnel which makes her difficult to hear.
