He speaks in terms that you can understand and the reports he provides afterwords is an easy to follow list of my home's needs and repairs. His honesty and understanding makes him the best home inspector in the area. Its easy to see that between Paul and his wife Lisa they both have the knowledge to fill an encyclopedia on residential construction. Don't even hesitate with this one. Trust me, I trust them.
