I’ve just moved into a Potomac Park studio unit. As expected when moving to a new area, it was a pretty chaotic experience. However, the unit is nice, much larger than expected, and in good shape. This alone warrants a 4 star review. The reason I am giving a 5 star review is because of Mr. Darwin. As I said, moving can be quite overwhelming. There was some chipped paint in my unit (it was just repainted), issues with internet installation, and a loose mirror cabinet in the bathroom. I put in a maintenance request, and Mr. Darwin and his team came to the rescue! He is so kind, patient (I was tired and on edge from the moving process, but Mr. Darwin answered all of my questions and concerns), very fast/ thorough, and I cannot thank him enough. Overall the apartment building is pretty nice and the location is convenient, but the main reason I'm posting a 5 star review is because of the property maintenance staff member at this location, Darwin. Dealing with maintenance issues in an apartment is usually stressful and inconvenient, but Darwin has helped to take care of any issues efficiently and kindly. Every time Darwin responds to a maintenance request, he does so promptly and with the utmost respect and care. He listens carefully to my explanation of the issue, thoroughly investigates it, and comes up with prompt, effective solutions that resolve the issue and bring me peace of mind. Darwin acts with kindness and respect, not only for the tenant, but also for their space. He doesn't make you feel like you're a burden for submitt
