We started our project with a clean slate of a land lot. Matt and every one of his team employees did a beautiful job with the landscaping, hydroseed and building of our retaining wall that we had not expected to do. I have no complaints and would hire them again. Thank you for listening to what my vision was, offering suggestions and doing the work!!

Very happy! Matt and his team installed a fiberglass pool, created a patio and installed a fence at our house. They finished by grading and hydroseeding the outer perimeter. Grass came in strong. The grandchildren love it…and so do we! We made a few changes during the project and they handled them in stride. We have been recommending Matt and his team ever since.

I have had a great experience with Berkshire Property Managers. I think people take for granted how much property managers have to juggle and don't give them enough credit. BPM is always courteous to everyone, highly professional, and they have done some great work on a couple of properties for me when their schedule permits. In particular, I can't say enough good things about how they transformed this common stairway at an apartment they manage for me.

I contacted Matt about cleaning up some spaces around the front of my house, taking out a bunch of shrubs and old things and planting an array of new plants and mulch. Also doing some cleaning in the yard of some plants. Matt came by and we walked around the house and I told him what I was looking for, Matt proposed things and I said go ahead with the job. Soon after a few guys came by and did all the work. They did a really great job and it really looked amazing, all the neighbors kept telling us how nice everything looked.
