If you get Nathan Katus or Bonnie Loya as your listing agent, run as far from them as possible. Completely unprofessional and only tells you what you want to hear after clearly stating concerns with credit and other issues. We were told all we needed to meet were income requirements, even after letters of recommendation, etc. Application processes for houses are disastrous as we were given 3 separate links to apply to one property. Nathan had no information on the house that he was showing aside from paperwork that was he was obligated to have signed. Don’t make any mistakes in your life as they are gladly to hold anything and everything against you, even if it’s a decade old.

We bought and sold our home with Heather Orstein. This has been our 5th home purchase and sale. She has been by far the best realtor we have ever worked with and I would highly recommend her to any person, friend or family. We have never felt so cared as she always looked out for our best interest. There was never a point where we felt like she wasn’t going to find us 100% what we were looking for. We were in the Mt. Lebo area and she knew that market like the back of her hand. We were so thankful to meet and work with Heather and we consider her a friend. Overall our experience being on the other end of this realtor service has been just awful. They will bend you over in every direction. I hope that they realize just because they have clients they should still maintain an upright attitude for every vested party involved. Out for themselves and make sure you have your ducks in a row because they will find any flaw to make you do something. Even if something is signed off good to go by certified contract workers.. they will make you pay and pay until they are happy with results even though it passes code
