I would strongly recommend finding a different agency. I was an out of state buyer and began working with one of their agents. We were able to find a house and put it under contract. The agent then emailed me all the important dates. I relied on those dates as most people do - that is why you work with an agent, to help guide you through the process. One of the dates was incorrect and instead of trying to remedy the situation, this agency basically said you cannot rely on the information our agents provide. This was the message from the leader on down. So if you are looking for an agent and broker you can rely on, I would highly recommend you keep looking elsewhere. There are a lot of good agents and brokers in this area.

Doesn’t negotiate fairly for both sides. She would rather lose a sale than try and negotiate. Always thinks she is right. Very one sided when she works for both the buyer and the seller.
