I am extremely disappointed with the conduct of one of this brokerage’s agents and the way the situation was handled at the leadership level. An agent who showed my home over a year ago emailed my listing company making disparaging and exaggerated claims about my property, stating that it needed “sooooo much work” and questioning “why bother,” despite the fact that: • She did not represent an active buyer at the time of the email • No feedback was requested • The condition of my home has materially changed since her prior showing • Her comments were outdated, inaccurate, and unsolicited More concerning, the agent chose to communicate her frustration to my listing company, rather than contacting me or coordinating professionally regarding scheduling.
