Extremely unprofessional and impersonal. Spoke with a Cathy - first reached out online and got NO response. In this housing market there is no time to be lazy, so I called the very next day. I received no real enthusiasm but scheduled a showing. She called the next day to what I assume was cancel but she had the wrong time for my showing and I corrected her, she then said it was fine and she would see me at 5. I showed up at 5 and waited and waited. Finally called, and she THEN tells me someone put a contract on the house. Mind you, the house has been listed for less than 36 hours and she made no real effort to schedule a showing - only to end up just standing me up anyway. She is very lazy, very unprofessional and acts like youre lucky to be talking to her. What a joke.
