Kate Heffner was our agent. When we were buying a house she was always there. She returned our phone calls immediately, only because she wanted that commission. Almost a year after buying a house there are now issues with the house. The previous owners did work to the house and removed a load bearing wall without permits. Now my house is shifting and starting to fall down. We called Kate and she told us not to worry because it would get taken care of. She had 2 contractors come by for estimates. The contractors now won't take or return our calls. We finally got one on the phone and he told us that he told Kate that he can't take the job. She never gave us that information. The second contractor is returning calls either. We have tried calling Kate and she no longer takes and returns calls.

We just bought our first home, and we had the pleasure of working with Karin. She was absolutely wonderful! She was always attentive to our needs and just a text or phone call away to help us. I would recommend her to anyone I know!
