Anna Ryder is an awesome realtor. I told Roby Rankins I had a realtor who was a pussycat rendering me homeless for 4 months, I told him I needed a pitbull. Anna had me in a contract in 7 days, I wish I had not wasted time with the other realtor. She found me the perfect home, with every single feature I wanted. Then she (bared her teeth) took the aggressive approach with the sellers agent and with the lender, literally. We went under contract March 4th and I had my keys by March 23!! Ernest Clayton is a fraud buyer/seller beware!!! He is not transparent, poor communication skills, and lacks professionalism. I had a horrible experience with this Realtor and have reported him to the Georgia Real Estate Commission for his handling and misconduct.

This company has left their "open house" sign behind as trash. The neighborhood does not appreciate littering. I have personally tried to call, text(a few times) to ask that they remove it but no answer or reply of any kind... Keller Williams also had an "open house" sign left their as trash but removed it as soon as I had reached out to them (kind of says something about the difference between the two companies).
