Seller beware We all make mistakes when we are hiring professionals to represent us .This was the biggest mistake that I ever made to hire JoAnn from Berkshire Hathaway to sell my gorgeous home, which she managed to sell for $525.000 less then what I originally listed it for. Honestly this is one of the worst worst experiences with a real estate agent ever. She lied to me from the beginning when I asked her is this the right time to sell, she convinced me that it was and to to go ahead and list it and nothing happened. I needed an agent that was suppose bring high end buyers to my property which she assured me she can do and it never happened. she was bringing anybody and every body knowing that my house would not be for their liking. Joyce Merryman from this office appears to enjoy trespassing on private property & advertising her real estate business alongside the American flag. I find this repulsive, not to mention annoying. • Ms Merryman planted an American flag in the grass beside my mailbox today. Her business card was attached. In fact, she did this, unsolicited, for every single home in my neighborhood. Probably 200 homes. • She placed her flag/ads despite two American flags already being planted in my garden. Same with my neighbor. And surely countless others. Talk about a waste. • I called Joyce up & asked her to come back & collect her unwanted ad litter. She did. Piece of advice for Ms Merryman—don’t try to wrap yourself in the American flag, keep off private property & stick to real estate.

Carla was AMAZING. She was honest with us throughout the entire process and we couldn’t be happier with our new home. Buying a house is stressful to begin with but working with an honest and professional realtor made things 10 times easier for us. 10/10 would recommend Berkshire & Carla Poland!

I had a horrible experience purchasing a home sold by Jaclyn Gagliardi of BHHS Fox & Roach Yardley-Newtown Sales Center. She wouldn't advise the seller of things he was legally required to do throughout the process. She advised the seller he was able to take and sell pool chemicals and cleaning equipment even though they were specifically written in the sales agreement to leave, and they were not listed even mentioned in the Sellers Disclosure as things he wanted to take. She had us sign an addendum with the seller allowing us to move our property in a couple days before settlement, to make it easier with the sale of our house, and then the owner would not give us a key. She did not seem to want to advise the seller anything he was required to do, and when my realtor showed her, in writ
