I rented a house in Margate for June and July, using Grant Nulty of Berkshire Hathaway’s Margate office. He was very helpful and honest. He responded to my questions and responded to me promptly when I had a few issues with the rental. I would use Grant again.

I can't begin to say how wonderful Realtor Robert Newton is to work with! My Mom and I were looking for a winter rental, and Robert went above and beyond in assisting us! He is absolutely the kindest and honest Realtor you will ever meet! We highly recommend him for your real estate needs!

Your Agent Robyn Roberts is horrible, lazy, unprofessional, inappropriate, lack of knowledge, shady! Should I go on???? Tell her that she needs to not post false information for listings!!!! I asked my Agent to contact her about a listing that she had posted for quite awhile incorrectly! Then when she was contacted she was told “that’s an old listing. Did you contact the county and also read the listing on the mls”. For starters my agent did contact the county and was awaiting them to call her back! 2nd because of your agents laziness she did not update the actual list until after my agent said something to her! Because if that is the case about an old listing then why did she also have it listed for everyone to see on the internet! You should be A shame allowing your agents to lie to draw

do not deal with kenny robinson he is awful he lies about everything not only to the tennet but to the landlord,, he also will use ur apt for store for things going to other rentals then enter your apt when ever he wants to get the stuff he actually tried to force his way into my sons room to get a cabinet he told my son 4 months ago he could use,,,and he never ask before he enters ur apt when ur not home...kenny is a bad person
