Had our home listed for months with Cheryl Mccauley with poor results. Home did not sell and the only offer was $90K BELOW the appraisal. Had multiple issues with communication and buyers not being informed properly. One Realtor showed up for a showing and we were never notified of the visit. Never got buyer questions sent to us. Listing paperwork was incorrect and required MULTIPLE revisions to get it correct. Would not recommend.

I had the distinct displeasure of contacting Michele DiBenedetto to rent a property as she was the listing agent. She asked what time to which I replied and was told someone on her team might be able to meet me. And later told me the Eve would reach out to schedule the time. On entry Eve told me that I had to sign a document that informed me Michele has had no communication with me, she represent the seller/landlord only and Eve was the only one who had communicated and would communicate with me can she was my representative and Eve would not communicate with the Seller/Landlord. I told her that Michele was the person I contact and Michele had communicated with me already so why am I having to sign this paper saying otherwise. It would seems they were trying to lock in maximum commissio

I am in charge of a friends estate. An agent from the parsippany office had a sale for a large group of his buildings which we closed on after my friends death. He put me in touch with the same group who bought to purchase the remaining properties which I was thankful for. I offered him a 3% commission he said his company would only accept 5%. I told him I would pay 3 because I wanted to try and have some severance pay for my friends employees. He said his company would only work with 5 %. I don’t know that much about real estate and how it works so I agreed. This gentleman was absolutely useless to me for the entire sale. He did not guide me or help with letting me know what things I should have ready for the sale. ie: fire inspections, title searches, or any other things I could be prepa
