I was trying to purchase a home. The sellers agent was JESUS ESPINOZA. I've worked in the business, I owned a branch for a mortgage company and I have never delt with someone who was obvious not informed about his own deal and rude. We were out bid in the second round of bidding by 10,000. He informed us they received a WAY better deal and that our bid was not accepted. Mind you this took 2 days past what he said it was going to and in that time there was no communication. Two weeks later we got a call from him saying the buyers had "Ghosted him" and we were the next bid. They are cancelling the contract and they will be signing our offer.
