Beacon at Sundance by Tri Pointe Homes

These homes are beyond beautiful, they are spacious have open floor plans and great for both families and partners who love to entertain. I only wish we could virtually see what homes look like without the upgrades to give a true depiction of what you will actually get.

Should be awarded winner for biggest rip off homes. Starting price is for a Shel and a piece of land in the middle of the desert. And about 90% of everything you see in the model home is an upgrade. If you want your home to look close to what the model home looks like. You paying starting price plus about another 150k to make it look decent. Ontop of that you have to upgrade your back yard another 50k. Im sorry but for 650-850k I rather buy a home in Corona or any other location fully upgrade.

The houses are nice but there's no way in hell I'm paying top dollar for a house in beumont.

Homes are really nice, but the host that they have working is very biased. Customer service is bad!
