Wouldn’t recommend because apparently they won’t help you after the sale. I helped my in laws purchase a property where they were the listing agents. Everything was fine there. The young lady they represented had lost her father and was selling it for the estate. We have since received a notice from the state controllers office that there is a check due the estate. No matter how many times I reached out, even to the personal cell of RosaMaria the agent, they won’t call back. Won’t lift a finger to help me get money back to their previous client. I’m doing all I can to find her in other ways to get her the money she is owed. Of course it will go to State while they wait for someone to contact them, but if they don’t know, it’s unlikely they ever will. So sad.

They've been tanking our areas home prices and worth by extreme drops over 25,000. In a small community that's already taken huge hits. It says a lot about a company when their only concern is thier own pockets

I have purchased homes before, but Stan Krimerman is by far the best agent I have worked with. He is very responsive and attentive. He cares about what your needs and wants are. He is busy with other clients, but he treats you as if you're the only client. I have already utilized Stan to sell a home and buy a home. Both transactions went smooth. He is really good at what he does. I highly recommend Stan for any real estates needs.

Very unhappy with the agent. She basically forced me out of my home to stage it. She gave me her word my son would have a place to live but he's been homeless ever since the sale, 3 months. She refused to list for what I wanted. Yes it sold fast because it was underpriced. it was not a good experience at all
