Berkshire at the Rim Apartments

Moved here 2 months ago and already regretting it. There are more cars than parking spots, and when there’s no spot, you’re basically choosing between getting your car towed or sleeping in it. My car was broken into along with five others, and the office had no idea. The apartments are nice and spacious, but with these problems, there’s no way to truly enjoy living here. - Written at 1 a.m. — after an hour of searching and waiting for a parking spot.

Magie is a great lady she is all the time with a smile, face, and friendly behavior. All stuff at the Berkshire the Rims is so friendly and professional and has great and fast services .I will definitely recommend the Berkshire at the Rim Community to all my friends and relatives. It has a great, clean, and friendly environment .I have been resident since 2023 and renewed my contact for another 15 months, and I will not leave from Berkshire at the Rim until I move to my own house. Thank you all the Berkshire at the Rim stuff for the outstanding job.

3.5, only because the club house hrs went from 24/7 to office hrs due to bad tenets this yr destroying property. (Nov 2025). There should be an alternative with a special code since I do a lot of my work from home in the club house. There’s also 24/7 cameras and assigned normal passcodes but guess it still impacts good tenants. Email responses arnt great. Parking tight but if you have a port or garage for evening or night it’s helpful. Community events 2 times a month have been great to have this year 2025! Maintenance is amazing and super fast turn around time. Very luxurious and energy sufficient. Clean property (other than the very few normal tenants you’ll have at any complex that are lazy and unappreciative, but that’s any where). Love love love the clubhouse, since I have kiddos it

Maggie does such a wonderful job keeping the amenities looking great and ready to use on a daily basis! Justin and Kim are very welcoming in the front office anytime I visit and are readily available and helpful with any concerns I may have! This complex is kept clean and maintenance is very responsive. 10/10 recommend! 👍

I have lived at Berkshire for just under six months, and overall it is an okay place to live. The apartments are in good condition, the buildings are usually quiet, offer keyless entry, and are within walking distance of The Rim and nearby walking trails. On the other hand, many of the gates and exterior doors do not lock, and the property frequently has dog waste scattered around due to negligent residents. More concerning, I have had four packages totaling over $1,000 stolen from the mailroom within a single month. I reported these issues to management—particularly the repeated package thefts—but received no meaningful help. I requested that management review the security cameras, follow up with their findings, and place signage in the mailroom encouraging couriers not to leave packages
