Berkeley Trace Apartments

I have been at Berkley Trace for 3 years, residing in one of the 2 bdrm townhome style apartments. I have lived in many homes in my life, and this place gave me the safest level of comfort of any ive lived. The parking was convenient and easy. The pool is big and beautiful. The walking experience is clean and refreshing. Super dog friendly and lots of beauties to enjoy. The neighbors and people in the community are supportive and kind. Its calm and peaceful here. The apartment was renovated and felt really nice and cozy, with nice size living areas The staff is super pleasant to work with and friendly. This complex is kept very clean, landscaped, and appealing - giving pride in where you live. Thank you Eddie and staff for a great experience

I recently moved out of Berkeley Trace Apartments and I truly can’t say enough good things about my experience there. From start to finish, this was one of the best apartment communities I’ve lived in. The standout is without question the property manager, Eddy. He is an amazing human being who consistently goes above and beyond for his residents. Eddy is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about making sure everyone feels heard and taken care of. Any time I had a question or concern, it was handled promptly and with respect. That level of dedication is rare and makes a huge difference in day-to-day living. This apartment complex is dirty, poorly maintained, and completely unethical. The property has ongoing issues with roaches and mice, and cleanliness is clearly not a priority. No matter how many times concerns are raised, nothing is properly addressed. Living conditions are unacceptable. The property manager, Eddie, has been extremely unprofessional in my experience and seems more focused on taking money at every opportunity than actually managing the property or helping tenants. Charges appear without clear explanation, and tenants are constantly blamed for issues that stem from the complex itself. Be very careful with payments. There are many good things about Berkeley Trace. Apartments are nicely designed and very well insulated. Sound isolation is remarkably good. Amenities are excellent, and I've been a big fan of the fitness room. The whole property is pet friendly, and our dog CJ was very comfortable here. Most importantly, the place is very well managed, with excellent staff. 👍

So we have lived here for almost 8 years. Though the management has changed a few times I am super happy here. It is a quiet complex and maintenance really stays on top of everything! Kelly is one of the best. In the near future we may be moving but undecided. Even if we do move I will always highly recommend this place. Elderly friendly, kid friendly and just overall a really nice place. The pool is a nice addition! They also added a little doggy area. The lawn is always top notch. If I literally had to find a single thing to complain about it would be all the parking lots are too dark and need lights. That’s all. Currently the management that is in now is the best there has ever been.
