We were pleased with the quality of construction and the experience of working with the team. From planning, design, onsite construction and finishing to post move in support they have been great to work with. They operate as a builder and general contractor working with the County on permitting, organized the demo of an existing building and built a garage onsite.

I decided on using Beracah to build my beach home November of 2022 and I am very glad that I did. My sales rep Daniel was a pleasure to work with as was Mary in the design center. Wade who was in charge of construction at my location kept me informed through the build process and responded very promptly whenever I had a question. The house was completed quicker than expected and actually came in below the estimated cost. After taking possession of the house you have a one year warranty and there were a few minor problems but Kirk who over sees the service during this period was always extremely quick to address any issue and made sure they were corrected to my satisfaction. I vacillated between a 3-star or a 4-star review, but I think, in the end, 3 stars is fair. Beracah, in general, is a solid company, and I am VERY pleased with our new, beautiful home - a home we plan to stay in for the rest of our lives. Even during the pandemic, the company kept working and mostly kept us up-to-date on the construction progress (both in and out of the factory). Our field supervisor, Barry, was wonderful and knowledgeable, and Kim, one of the managers, was quick to address problems and answer questions. I am grateful for the two of them. However, we had MANY issues along the way. We paid our deposit in May of 2019 and were told by our salesperson, Rick, that our home would "easily be ready" by May 2020. I’ll start off by saying they some beautiful homes and homes to fit mostly every budget as well as family. Besides that, me and my fiancé spoke with the sales representative at the greenwood location. Me and my fiancé are younger, 20. We were looking to houses here and the sales guy was just plan out rude bit very helpful at all. This is all new to us and we are trying to get a good understanding of how different loans and stuff and I know different builders have their our lenders but this guy. Flat out was a jerk. Got bad vibes from right off the batt. But other than the one sales guy they do have very beautiful homes we would love to go with them for our first and planing our forever home as long as we can find another sales guy.

I'll be brief like a couple said. My home was built in 2020 right b4 covid. Very poor craftmanship, some really cutting corners. I've had a major mold problem here and part was too no control panel being put on jetted tub. Oh and window that a story for later.
