Brian was our sales specialist, Sarah was our Design Studio Consultant and James was our builder/Production Manager. They were so pleasant to work with and knew their jobs very well. From start to finish everything went as smoothly as one could expect. Everything was timed perfectly right down to the last couple of days. James really pulled it out for us at the end because our house in Pa. sold faster than we expected. James and his crew worked long hours and some weekends to make this happen. Bay to Beach Builders did an outstanding job building our new home for my wife and our family. We are truly enjoying the finished product, which reflects a level of Amish craftsmanship and attention to detail that you simply don’t find with most home builders today. From the very beginning, the entire team was excellent to work with. Troy H. was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the planning stages, and John Z. worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything stayed on track. We especially appreciated the transparency in pricing, the high quality of both materials and labor, and the clear communication throughout the process. Any questions or issues that arose were addressed promptly, which gave us peace of mind and made the experience far less stressful than we expected.

We moved to Milford 5 years ago, built a brand new house. Low quality it is! So we found out about Bay To Beach, We have built 3 other houses in 3 different states and nothing has measured up to the wonderful experience we have had with this company. As a widow making a scary decision to build my first NEW home after my husband passed was truly stepping out of my comfort zone! I was assigned a site supervisor who called me every Friday with an update! There was never any unwanted surprises! My settlement happened within a week of the original goal even though the electric company delayed me 2 weeks! Did I mention this was during the pandemic?
