Bento Management and Realty

Over 2 years...they allowed the landlord to take the reins where legalities were concerned. A property owner hires a management company so that they may lead and avoid issues of discrimination or bias. I'm sure that if Bento Management had been allowed to lead I would not have made to feel left out, set aside or overall sad while living in Chino. If you do not allow the property management company to lead...do not hire a property management company. They are overall wonderful when it comes to communication even in those instances I was told "NO" OR "Not that unit" when it came to simple things like setting my car to wash on the grass. Overall...sad....because of the landlord.

I rent at a property they manage since 2019 and they are always 1 phone call away. The process to get a place from them was really easy and helpful.

Bento Property Management has managed our rental property for many years. I was referred to them by a friend. They respond quickly to unexpected situations. They hire quality workers at reasonable prices. We recently had to do a repipe, which involved plumbing, dry walling, etc. We were kept in the loop but they handled everything and the completed work was great. They are good to our tenants. Hiring with them was the best decision we made as rental property owners.

I just recently moved from one of their properties and I have to tell you that hands down they have been the best property management I have ever dealt with. I was living at the property for 7yrs and out of those 7yrs I tell you I have not had any problems with them. Anytime I called for something to be down they didn't hesitate to get someone out to my apartment. I remember one time on my AC unit was messed up and I had to wait until they order a new AC unit they made sure that I had the proper and efficient amount orf air flowing through my apartment until that AC unit got delivered. I would recommend this management property to anyone whose looking to be with a company that takes care of their tenants.
