Bentley Ridge

I enjoy the community events, especially during the summer with events at the pool. The food trucks are a fun thing too. I use the walking path every day and don’t know what I would do without that. It’s beautiful and my dog loves it as well. The rent is high, so I try to make the most of what is included with the rent. I wish we were permitted grills for spring, summer, and early fall cookouts. That is one downside of being at Bentley. I like the consistent management team, and the maintenance guys are top-notch. Always ready to help in a very timely manner. Bentley is a beautifully landscaped community I call home.

Only care about money, not their tenants. Say they’re “dog friendly” but will not even keep your documents saying you have a dog and then come for you almost half a year later. When they couldn’t track our pet addendum they told us months later bc they weren’t on top of their things and then said we couldn’t move to a townhouse in the same complex- due to their mistake that they blamed on us. Our neighbor who has been here for 2 years just had the same thing happen to her. Management is awfully rude and you’ll spend your time paying for more mistakes on their part than you agreed to. This past snowstorm, they didn’t even bother to plow or shovel leaving the elderly to struggle which we learned after helping our neighbors. If you go to them for help for literally anything, they will charge

Just awful. Had to wait till we’re leaving to make a review because they WILL hold it against you. They're rude, selfish, shady, and you don't feel safe there once you're on their “bad side” because they do whatever they want to fit their agenda. It’s also extremely easy to get on their bad side as their admin is like a bunch of high schoolers who pick and choose who they want to help and who they want to go out of their way to make their lives miserable.

We loved living in Bentley Ridge! The dog park, walking trails, gym(s) and car wash were all nice additions that we could not find else where. The pricing is a little higher than other places, but the location to 30 and amenities offset this. The office staff were always quick to respond& helpful and maintenance was always there within reasonable time. This was a perfect place to live- we just out grew our apartment!

We have made this 3 bedroom our cozy but spacious home for over two years. We love our balcony, kitchen and living areas and how open concept they are. The bedrooms are a great size with ample closet space. We are so happy here.
