Terrible place to rent. They want the rent but could care less about maintenance. Bathroom had a leaking pipe and water damage to the kitchen ceiling below. They fixed pipe but refused to fix ceiling. Terrible management, these slum lords are a joke. They never wanted to fix anything. Reviews the pictures, you never fixed anything. I would love to see pictures of damages from us. We have before and after photos and emails after emails trying to get you to fix things. I’m just warning people before they rent with you that you are slum lords. Photos prove it.

Might as well move in the projects in the hood. Based on the reviews. Wow! @ bentree, on the contrary I know more then you think and see with my own eyes what's happening in the community, I assure you. I wouldn't have posted if I didn't have first hand knowledge. However I was just responding to the reviews and if more then a hand full of people have complaints there has to be a problem.

Don’t move here! I am having a horrible experience so far after only four moths and I would advise against it. It is a nice area to live in but the apartments are not worth the headache! It has been problem after problem since I have moved in! I have had responses from management but with every HALF solution to every problem came another problem. I don’t feel at peace in my own home! And have come home in tears the last couple of days. Now, I come home tonight after a long day at work and I have huge holes in my closet from a pole that was removed after I have just calmed down from not having a dryer since I’d moved in until maybe a couple of weeks ago! I am beyond upset! Also, almost everything in the master bedroom began to fall apart within a month or so of me being here and the apart

SCAM!!! Bent tree townhomes is the biggest scam yet! To preface we called mid April to inquire about applying for an apartment for September move in and we were told to come right away and fill out an application pay the $35 each application fee and we’d be #1 on the list and they would for sure have a place for us once the background check cleared. We went in paid all fees including a $50 “hold fee” and we were told we’d get that back at move in. Background check cleared and we were approved. Maybe a month goes by and we call to make sure everything was still in place and we were told they didn’t know if they’d have a place for us and that we were now #2 on the list. We were in mid May so I’m not really that concerned at this point. Another month passes and it’s time to give 60 day notice

Do yourself a huge favor and don’t move into these townhomes. These “townhomes” are nothing short of project housing. We moved here last month from Houston, Texas blindly because we needed to move quickly due to my husband’s work promotion in Huber Heights. We went off of what we were told, and the pictures on their website, which seemed favorable. Upon our initial walk through we had a literal laundry list of issues wrong with the unit including a broken metal piece hanging from the stair banister. This went unfixed for two weeks before we had to finally fix it ourselves because we didn’t want our two year old getting his hand sliced open. Another huge problem that still hasn’t been fixed is a huge crack in our bathtub. The maintenance supervisor finally came over today and chastised me i
