Bent Pine built our house and the houses next to us. When building the house next to us, they didn’t follow the property line and the level of the house next to us is higher than ours. They left a big (6-8”) gap between their where they laid their sodding and our yard in the sodding and a gully that fills every time the sprinklers are ran or it rains, this gully is at least one foot onto our property. My husband has reached out to them and have gotten no response. This wasn’t an issue caused by us but by their construction of the new house, ignoring of the property lines and poor landscaping design.
