Mr. Upshur Is A Professional and Knows What He Is Doing. I Been Living Here 4 2yrs Now,, The Property Managers Are Unprofessional, They Don’t Get To You When It’s Time For Appointments With Them, But When Their Bosses Is On Their Behind Then They Want To Rush You To Get Your Paperwork Done. The First Year Of Me Living Here I Literally Had A Bullet Come Thru My Window,, I Express That I Wanted To Move From This Apartment I Was Told To Do A Police Report In Order For Me Be Transferred,, I Did One and Never Have Gotten Transferred. Oh Yeah && They Be Messing Up Paperwork Not Putting Things Into The System Like It Is Suppose To Be. The Maintenance Do Their Job && Its Only Two Of Them But They Gets It Done. First Year Of Me Living Here I Literally Unalived Multiple Mouses.

Andre was great! From the time of me coming in to put my name on the waitlist which was about 2/3 months ago. He’s been a pleasure the whole process from filling out paperwork to moving me in. He’s very knowledgeable on anything you need to know. If you have any questions be sure to ask and he will have the answer for you! I told him I haven’t experienced this great customer service in any other apartment I’ve been to so I definitely appreciate it. He made the move in process very easy and I feel comfortable! I came in put my name on the waitlist and got moved in. He’s also very great with remembering names and faces which will make you feel at home and welcomed! Thanks Dre

Mr.Andre Upshur is the best that ever did it!! He was very helpful throughout the whole process, stayed connected with me and explained every step. You can tell that he really loves what he do, he’s for the people!!
