Bennett Williams Commercial

I own two companies in York, PA. Bob Behler from Bennett Williams is the listing agent for storage space located in York at 3337 N George St. I have been trying for a month to get a hold of Bob, or anybody who will answer questions on the availability of the space, and neither he nor anybody else will return any of my multiple inquires. I first left a voicemail over three weeks ago for Bob directly. I then followed up twice the following two weeks but his voicemail was full and I couldn't leave a voicemail. I then called Bennett Williams directly and talked to I believe Heather at the front desk and explained my problem getting a hold of Bob. She assured me she would give him my message. That was a week ago and still nothing. I left him one more voicemail and still haven't heard anything

Seems to be nobody working there just the front desk, answering phones and none of the agents wanna talk or reply to my voicemail especially Ashley, the agent that I’ve been transfer to, trying to talk about A location for lease and it’s been two weeks. Never reply to my voicemails or calls. None of that. I don’t know what kind of business is that!

I am a tenant in a building managed by Bennett Williams. Communication is poor at best. Calls are not returned, requests for supporting documentation is "sent to accounting" and lost for months on end. as a business owner I feel that my business is not respected or appreciated. Unfortunately this company has the majority of listing in the area where I have my business located. I would love to not have to deal with them and find a company that values its tenants.

Bennett Williams was great to work with. Abe Khan found me a great space and worked very diligently on my behalf. I would recommend him for any business looking for space or relocating their existing business.
