This is a very nice place that is getting even better. There are new owners involved, and they have hired a new management team that seems to care and know what they are doing, because you can see improvements every day. Since this is a fairly new build (2003), good management will make this a desired address in which to live and a nice place to call "home".

Let me start by saying most of the reviews on here are false advertisement made by the new management who took over late 2015. These apartments were nice and quiet and enjoyable, but since the new management came in, they have completely ignored the service of tenants, and caring for our needs. The gate and Access doors to get in the building were broken for about 3 months. It literally took an intruder in one of the units and cops being called to finally get the management to have the fence fixed the next day. All the neighbors here are kind to one another so seeing someone have to experience something scary like that and not have the protection that we are paying for is upsetting.so after talking to the neighbor who home was broken into at night i who only live here for 2 years had start

So far good experience, Chad is a wonderful dude. He is a very attentive landlord. His Dad is Boss
