They are the worst account managers of all time when it comes to snow removal. Every building is a slip and fall waiting to happen. I’ve done snow removal for years and trust me, it’s the worst account management I’ve ever seen. If one of my accounts even remotely resembled what these apartments every single snow storm I’d be fired on the spot. Ever hear of plowing and shoveling all the snow and thennnnn using salt? My middle aged father is going to hurt himself one of these days, it’s always a sheet of ice. 👎🏿

I have lived at the Rogers Way Apartments for about a year now and I love it here. It is quiet and clean and plenty of area to enjoy outside. Working with the office, especially with Erika, is always easy and they always take care of everything and any question we have!

I'm very excited to work with Benjamin Builders again! Twenty-four years ago, Benjamin Builders built our new construction home. Working with the Lordens was such a pleasure. We were only 26 at the time and not knowledgeable about building a home. The Lordens walked us through the whole process, helping us with so many important decisions. We love our home so much and now we want to build again. Without hesitation, we instantly thought of Benjamin Builders. We so enjoyed working with them when we built our home and we are so thankful they are taking on our new project. We began the process this week by designing our home with Gary. He has so many great ideas that comes with his many years of experience. I can't wait to see the finished product.

I am from Boston and saw an apartment advertised on Craigslist in Leominster ( about an hour drive from me). I called on Thursday and spoke to Erika, who said I could see the apartment the next day on Friday. She asked me what time i could come and to please call if i couldn't make it because she has had a lot of No shows. She told me she would call one hour prior to my appointment time to confirm... Well when that time came i was on my way and i still hadnt heard from her so i called to confirm and was put on hold for 10 minutes and the rude secretary lady said "there's no way she will make it there! That's right , she had the audacity to no- show me! No apologies or anything! I just was told " she needs to reschedule, ok?" It is absolutely not Ok and is incredibly rude to not call ahead

I've been living at thier apartments on Rogers Way IN Lunenburg for about 6 months! The units are great, all the people we've interacted with have been wonderful! Ali is awesome and always super sweet!
