Arrive Lunenburg

We are 7 months into our lease and could not be happier with our decision to move here. It is extremely quiet and surrounded by a lot of walkable areas for me and my dog— he enjoys sniffing around the lake which is right across the street, and I’ve taken up paddle boarding as a new hobby since the lake and Arrive’s private beach are right across the street. We also love having our own driveway and garage, the green spaces and landscaping are a step above any apartment we’ve had, and the staff at Arrive could not be more helpful and responsive. Shout out to Rafael and Jimmy, the two maintenance workers who are always seen busy at work around the property. They are not only super friendly, they went out of our way to save us 100s of dollars by helping us troubleshoot an issue in our garage t

Renter Beware! The property benefits significantly from the outstanding maintenance team. However, our overall experience was highly impacted by substantial communication issues with the administrative office staff and a lack of transparency regarding the utility billing structure. During our 9-month lease term, the total utility burden was unexpectedly high. The RUBS charges alone totaled nearly $1,600, which was in addition to a separate standard utility bill (Good ol’ Unitil) of approximately $900. If you enjoy being nickel and dimed, this is the place to be.

Rafael and Ian from maintenance were efficient and professional when fixing my leaking shower. I appreciate their prompt attention to this issue.

Maintenance just tried unlocking my door outside of the communicated filter replacement timeframe while my dog was barking at the door and loose in her home. Hi, that’s illegal and now I don’t feel safe leaving her alone. Luckily I was home, however, unprepared. This place was okay for like 6 months, we’ve been here 3 years & pay more than ever and the “luxury” is a joke regardless of how I feel violated in this current moment.
