Beneficent House

It’s a nice cute cheap space to live. Fun community spaces and events. Almost everything you could need in their free gym area and group work outs with instructors. They have security at the front and in the lots (I think 24-hours but if not, very often) They have weird ish hallways where they should maybe have the lighting different. Looks like a haunted house on some floors.

I lived at Beneficent House for one year, and my experience was very positive. The office staff were always very kind and helpful, and the maintenance workers were also friendly and professional. They truly made my stay pleasant, comfortable, and enjoyable. It was a nice and beautiful place to live. Sadly, I had to move out, but I would be happy to live here again someday. Thank you to everyone who made my time at Beneficent House a good one.

Some tenants haven’t had hot water since November and management has been less than helpful to resolve the issue. Constant construction and repairs needed. Looks like something like a horror scene when walking in and out of your apartment.

The management company is often busy and but makes time for tenants. I found the eviction process traumatic. Otherwise a great location in the city.

I have been living in BH for an year now with my wife, thought of writing this review because when we were looking for apartments in Providence, we came across this place and saw some bad reviews on the web (which turned out to be absolutely wrong), but decided to go through with it anyways. The staff was as friendly as they can be when we first came to see the apartment, they showed around the place and helped with the application process. Was a little hard getting recommendation letters on official letterheads (they asked for 2 letters for each resident) but once that was done everything else was pretty straight forward.
