I was moved into a brg building it's a slum I told one of the landlords to tell my program to move me out the building smells.there's unfinished tiles on my bathroom floor where there is a hole But there's bugs all over. And I want to leave it's not a new building and there's no air no screens leaks in the ceilings and in the bathroom there's only grout they left the bathroom floor around the toilet open and bugs and a really bad smell coming from there . I can't even use the bathroom . If anybody from brg sees this tell transitional services for new York I want out .. I can't live in this building there's no air there's no screens . The stove is off from a gas leak I'm not getting nothing for my rent just call them I want to be moved out ASAP . Nothing but aggravation .

BRG MGT is awful. If I could, 0 stars would be the only way to go. I live in Rego Park, Queens and since they took over the building has not been cleaned properly at all. The super is the worst and does not care about anything at all. When I emailed management about the filth, the super had the audacity to reach out and ask why I did not call him. Basically, I need to call him to tell him to do his job. Nobody cares. Absolutely awful. Stay away from these properties. NEVER rent with them or you will live in garbage. SO SAD WHAT THEY HAVE DONE WITH MY BUILDING. Makes me want to cry. My last resort is the sanitation department. Let me known if anyone knows any other places I could report my building to. Open to anything and everything at this point.

NEVER rent an apartment here. It's just for crazy people. The management is the worst. They don't care the buildings just money. If you have a complaint about the apartment or neighbors (with police included) they don't pay attention, they just ignore you. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
