I have used Benchmark Properties for many years for a variety of condo rentals. Every property that I have utilized has been nothing short of outstanding. Anytime I’ve had a question about the property, Rhonda and her staff have been 100% responsive to my inquiries and needs. Benchmark has been nothing but professional, efficient, and courteous and I would highly recommend them if you require top shelf customer service.

Benchmark has been a lifesaver for me. I live out of state and have a very busy schedule. I interviewed several property management companies to rent out townhome and this is the one I trust the most. The townhouse wasn't ready to rent out yet initially as ton of renovations/repairs needed to be done. Benchmark was able help me take care of all of that without my presence. Vafo is great to work with and always responsive to concerns and requests. As soon as property was rent ready - they were able to find tenant within a week! And that tenant just renewed for another year. It's been an overall smooth ride with them. As far as cons - their website is clunky but all the reports for taxes and repairs are all there.
