We just closed on our new home with Benchmark Builders. Having previously purchased new construction in the past I can attest that these are the best builders around! Every step of the process was extremely smooth and organized. Communication was amazing! We were always pleasantly surprised in both progress and craftsmanship. Lindsay Shaffer, our sales rep, was highly professional, answering all of our questions at any time throughout the process and even helped us in selecting finishes when we were overwhelmed by the options. We had the opportunity to semi-customize our home and meet with the builders to modify plans. We couldn’t be happier with our new forever home and highly recommend them for your new construction build!

Great experience with the purchase of new construction in Town of Whitehall, in Middletown, DE. The entire team was great to work with, especially Lindsay. My clients had unexpected timing complications with the sale of their prior home and Benchmark was super flexible, working with them to make the purchase of their new home as smooth as possible. The construction quality is excellent, and the community is great.

The property is well maintained , clean and located in a quiet safe neighborhood. Lindsay the property manager is amazing. She was always responsive and professional. Any maintenance requests were handled quickly and communication was always clear and respectful. If you looking for a rental townhome, Whitehall is the place to be, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Benchmark has been great to work with. Specifically our Salesperson, Karen Beams. She is always on top of things and willing to help out, even if it means measuring something for us! She’s constantly sending us pictures of our house as it’s being built and giving us updates along the way.
