Can't recommend Ben enough. He was recommended to us by some good friends (who had him recommended by their friends...). Buying a house is a big deal, and having a reliable realtor is huge. We were out of state for almost the entire process, so relying on Ben and his insights was key. He found us a house we're thrilled with. He was very responsive and thorough in his communication with us. The turnaround on showings was quick, and he really knows his stuff when it comes to how homes are built and what to watch out for. We never felt pressured during the process to go outside of our price range. Working with him felt like having a really competent friend help you out, not someone trying to get rid of you so they could make their next sale.
