After a horrible experience with another realtor, we were referred to Marietta Vinocur and our only regret is that it wasn’t sooner! She was so empathetic to our situation and tailored a plan on how to quickly sell our “money pit” rental home. She’s such a firecracker! Her impressive take charge confidence and professionalism covered all the bases from the smallest of details, to the biggest hurdles without blinking an eye. It really put us at ease and also felt like she had been a friend for years. Marietta got us out of a messy situation that we will forever be grateful for. There is not a person or platform that we wouldn’t sing her praises and recommend her to!

Marietta is an amazing realtor. She not only held my hand thru the sale of my family home but found me a wonderful garden co op apt in a fantastic neighborhood. She went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable thru the process. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a person to give them 100% percent.

Really disappointed! I was interested in a specific rental and reached out to the realtor (Marietta) directly, no official response. I even called the office twice and was told the realtor would reach out to me. Nothing bad on the office staff as the 2 different ladies I spoke to were very pleasant, it's the actual realtor. How can these places ask us to pay a realtor fee when we have to chase down the realtor?!?! Makes no sense.

My family had a great experience with Ben Bay. Always ready to help, accessible and kind. Definitely would recommend.
