Belmont Crossing Apartments

My first apartment. I moved there attracted to the affordable rent, but the property AND management are HORRID. MICE EVERYWHERE...I lived on the 3rd floor and they were still everywhere. A bullet came through my living room window and no one ever came out to repair it. They misplace money orders and they do not keep track of rent payments. Guys sell drugs in ALL the buildings. NOT a good environment for children at all.

I passed the background check. I gave them my security deposit and first month rent. I'm still waiting for the keys so me and my daughter could move in. I go to the office everyday to pick up my keys and there is never no one in the office. I want to know who do I talk to.

The customer service is absent !!! I came to apply late September nobody gave me a call or letter to say i was approved or not approved everyday i called they will always say I’ll email you the letter right now. I never got no letter i called about a week later to see if somebody would tell me I’m approved or not i finally got told i was approved and then after the lady told me she then said she will email me i NEVER GOT A EMAIL!!!! Very unprofessional it’s now October 15 & nobody has reached out and said nothing!!!!!!! Very unprofessional

I live there and they were the worse people would be having shootouts in broad day light

I hate that I even had to give this place 1 star, place went down hill. Mice EVERYWHERE ! DONT MOVE HERE !!!! affordable rent but this place is the trap. Go see for yourself it looks abandoned. Boarded up windows, broken and shattered windows. Just terrible ! So glad to be gone from hell! DEFINITELY NOT A PLACE YOU WOULD WANNA CALL HOME
