Belmont Apartments

I love love love living here. Safest I’ve ever felt, the apartments are beautiful and Brian and Lisa are the absolute best landlords. They are attentive, kind and take great care of their tenants and property. I literally never want to leave .

I enjoy the flowers here in the spring. The owners keep a tidy place. The neighborhood has many well kept large historic houses, including one once used by Buddy Larosa of pizza fame. I enjoy driving or walking through this area.

Lisa and husband were great we rented from them 2 different apts for several years..Thank you so much... you guys did great job with any maintenance issues, keeping the parking lot shoveld so we could get out for work..... You just don't know.....how important that was and is... so thank you, for all you did.

I've had a fantastic experience living at Belmont Apartments! The caretakers here are incredibly hardworking and always go the extra mile to keep the property clean and well-maintained. Anytime I've had a request or issue, they’ve been quick to respond and always friendly. Brian and Lisa, the landlords, are some of the most fair and understanding people I've ever rented from. They genuinely care about their tenants and work hard to ensure a positive living experience for everyone. Very unprofessional and condescending property owners. Did not contact us back via phone or email when we provided application fees, income verification(3X times rent price $1075, deposit ready) and personal information(paystubs, ids, rent verification) Ghosted us until we received a unlabeled letter in the mail, 1 week later. RENTER BEWARE! Apartments may look nice but they have outdated 90’s appliances, broken, stained wooden flooring and reeks of mildew in the stairwells. Basement level look like a scary dungeon. Parking is narrow and far from doors, making walking with groceries/boxes hard. Overall wasn’t pleased with the viewing experience, but nevertheless needed to apply since they took up most of the good housing for neighborhood families, they on rent out to richer, lazier folk ap
